Day 1
Well the first day was good. By 7:05 am I had done 113 push ups, 6 chinups they are gonna kill me and ran 3.6 miles. Not bad for day 1. I did get in the rest of my chin ups through out the day.
I was going to get in a RT but figured i should pace myself some. It felt great to have the arms feeling full and sore.
I hope your day rocked? On to tomorrow…
I wanted to add I did check my weight this morning 217, 215 yesterday morning UGGGG. So the next time I check will be on the last day of the challenge. Best of luck on your goals.
