Day 4

I started my day with my longest run to date, 5.8 miles. I only started running this Feb. Felt great, good enough to sprint at the finish. I also got in my chin ups, caught up on yesterdays missing them.

I did a good Rt after dinner, now @ 9 pm starting on my push ups for the day. I do them during commercials. Arms feel pretty good considering the day. Tomorrow i need to hit a couple of RT’s as I have to go out of town for a few days, no lifting till I get back.

To all the Dads out there, hope you have a great day and you get to spend it with the ones you love. Got to go commercial.
